a) Browsing data. The Site's computer systems collect certain Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. The data collected by the Data Controller may be processed outside the European Union, specifically in:

UAE – United Arab Emirates.

The legal basis for the aforementioned processing is found in paragraph 1 of Article 49 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, letters b) and c) as reported below:

"b) the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between the data subject and the data controller or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request";

"c) the transfer is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in the interest of the data subject between the data controller and another natural or legal person";

The DATA CONTROLLER will process your Personal Data for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes indicated in point 4.

8. Data Subject's Rights

Pursuant to the Regulation, you have the right to request from the DATA CONTROLLER, at any time, access to your Personal Data, their rectification or erasure, or to object to their processing, to limit their processing, as well as to obtain in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the data concerning you. Pursuant to the Applicable Law, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if they believe that the processing of their Personal Data is contrary to the Applicable Law.
